I’m Amelia, a certified infant and children’s sleep consultant and mum of four, including twins! I know first-hand how exhausting, overwhelming and emotional sleep struggles can be; those endless nights, the second-guessing, the dread of bedtime chaos! I’ve been there and it’s this journey that sparked my passion for helping families find calm, confidence and consistency around sleep.

I founded The Little Sleep Club to offer the support I once wished for: personalised, practical, and kind guidance that meets your family where you are. My approach is never one-size-fits-all because every child, every family, and every bedtime story is unique. I deep dive and find the root cause to why your little one isn't sleeping. Sleep plays such a critical role in emotional regulation, cognitive development and the health of the whole family.

Over the years, I’ve worked with families across New Zealand, the UK, and beyond, helping them navigate sleepless nights, tricky routines, and transitional periods with ease and compassion. Through tailored sleep plans, practical tools, and ongoing support, I empower parents to reclaim rest, restore balance at home and create routines that last. My ultimate goal is to help families feel confident, supported and able to fully enjoy those precious moments with their little ones, without the constant battle of bedtime standing in the way.

We did an assessment on Luca’s routine and sleeping pattern to work out the best plan for him. After several sessions with Amelia we began to see a huge difference. Amelia was very approachable, listened to us and was extremely helpful in giving us the advice we needed. We have actually applied the same advice to our 7 month old daughter. Without Amelia’s help, we would never have reached the point we’re at with the twins’ sleep. We were co-sleeping with multiple wakes, and the twins didn’t have the tools to self-soothe, so we’d be up for hours settling them. Daytime naps only happened in the pram because it was the only way to get them to sleep if I was alone.

With Amelia’s amazing support, the twins are now in their own room, in their cots for naps and bedtime, and self-soothing to sleep! Since working with her, I’ve managed to get the twins bathed, bottled, ready for bed, and put down completely on my own for the first time in 15 months. That’s thanks to the support and tools Amelia gave us.
