Welcome! I'm Aimee at Nourished Together Nutrition

Firstly I'm a mother of two girls, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant for Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Babies, a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Practitioner, and student homeopath.

I primarily work with mothers, 3+ months postpartum, who are feeling the symptoms of depletion. I offer micronutrient testing to gain insight into what's happening inside your unique body, then build nutrition, lifestyle, and when needed supplement protocols with the aim of bringing your minerals back into balance and replenish what's been lost.

Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are incredibly demanding on the female body, and with demand these essential minerals can easily become depleted and pushed out of balance, showing up as common (not normal) symptoms such as postnatal depletion, ongoing fatigue, PPD/PPA, consistent hair loss, low thyroid, hormonal imbalance, and poor stress tolerance.

My approach is 100% personalised and I always use food first before supplementation. I believe in the power of real food, simple intentional lifestyle shifts, and living as naturally as possible (without the fear of course!)

Becoming a mum is an incredible, life changing transition that deserves to be treated as such! The more supported and nourished mothers feel, the more they can lean in to the wild ride of motherhood, nourish their babies, families, and communities too.

Nourish Her - Bone Broth

I also make organic bone broth to support women through all stages of their journey - from preconception, through pregnancy, postpartum, depletion, motherhood, periods, and everything in between.

My goal is to provide women with something warm, nourishing and incredibly supportive to help them replenish themselves with the minerals and nutrients they need.
