I'm Bex and I love sharing classes, courses and moments with mums to be and new mums with their little ones at our studio - a welcoming and beautiful space that aims to bring moments of ease to your day, your body and your mind.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for all trimesters and are kept to limited numbers to allow for personalisation. Explore your changing body as your baby grows and deepen your connection with yourself and your baby. The practice assists you to strengthen and soften the body, releasing any pregnancy-related discomforts and prepare yourself for birth and early motherhood.
Mums and Bubs Yoga - is a space where you and baby can come as you are, feed, change baby as needed- and receive the benefits of breath work and stretching to gently strengthen and ease your postpartum body. We also include baby in the class- with songs and movements and poses- suitable for mums and babies from 6 weeks.
As a Mum to four- teenage to toddler- I love to honour and share in the journey of motherhood.
Mother Blessings, Moon Circles( Menarche Celebrations) have been a joy for me to share for 10+ years!
