Jenni Burt - Doula

About

My name is Jenni Burt. I offer myself as a Doula, to be a support person throughout the pregnancy, at birth and for 6 weeks after the birth.

I offer fortnightly meetings where we can sit and talk one on one, I listen and support the processes throughout the pregnancy, whatever is coming up for you, be it health issues, emotional, mental or spiritual. I will hold space for the journey during the pregnancy and working toward the birth.

I can be present at the birth and bring with me my deep trust in the birthing experience. I have connections with local midwives and health practitioners. I offer my knowledge of plant medicines and foods.

I can make good quality bone broths, organic liver pate, herbal teas, tinctures. I loan out very good books of mine. I offer my own wisdom from my experiences of pregnancy, birthing and Motherhood as well as the huge variety of experiences I have learnt from in my 12 years of running the Motueka Home Birth group and supporting the many women and families of the Motueka area.
