Hi, I’m Grace a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, and integrative wellness entrepreneur dedicated to helping you restore balance, vitality, and optimal health through modern functional natural medicine.
Driven by a holistic philosophy that addresses the root causes of health imbalances rather than merely masking symptoms, I founded GLO Naturopathy to bridge the gap between evidence-based naturopathic care and accessible, real-world lifestyle choices.
At GLO Naturopathy, I offer personalized, patient-centered consultations that weave together clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, testing and tailored lifestyle interventions.
My clinical practice spans across a wide range of health concerns, from foundational support for bloating, stress, hormonal imbalances and low immunity, to navigating complex, chronic conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, Graves' disease, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) recovery.
Beyond the clinic space, I bring natural medicine directly into our community as the owner of The Grounded Store in Richmond, Nelson which is a multi-faceted Health & Wellness Retail Hub, Cafe, and liquid Herbal Dispensary. By seamlessly intertwining GLO Naturopathy with The Grounded Store, I’ve created a welcoming sanctuary where science-backed health care meets daily nourishing food, custom herbal blends, and vibrant community connection.
