I am Gennavieve, A mother to a gorgeous 3-year-old boy, we absolutely love the outdoors. we are always out and about exploring in nature.

I qualified as a personal trainer at the NZ Institute of Health and Fitness in 2020. Since then, I have up-skilled my knowledge to specialize in Pre and Postnatal with Active Mums NZ.

I am a mobile Active Mums Trainer. I provide safe pre and postnatal exercise around the Tasman Region, including in the comfort of your own home. I deliver a program designed especially for the pre and postnatal body by health professionals. This enables you to safely stay strong and active during pregnancy. Gradually strengthen the pelvic muscle, abdominal and over all body strength in the postpartum phase, in a safe and comfortable environment.
