Hi I’m Prue.

Mumma to three, Nana to two, and Memaw to one!
I’m passionate about birth, and empowering families through education to achieve the birth they want - whatever that may look like. Antenatal Classes can be empowering! Empower Birth Classes are based on the knowledge that pregnancy, labour and birth are empowering normal events in your life.

We run our classes in Nelson with 2 options available.

You can attend weekend intensives or a 7week course
