Kia ora I’m Katie, certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant and mum of two. I offer responsive, attachment-focused sleep support for exhausted parents.
I founded Dream with Katie from a deep desire to help other parents find the confidence and calm that I feel in regard to my children’s sleep. Having worked with pēpī, tamariki and their whānau for over a decade, I’ve witnessed how sleep struggles can deeply affect your parenting journey. My support is evidence based, non-judgemental and totally unique to your individual family’s needs.
We do things a little differently over here; forget rigid schedules, outdated sleep training methods or parental judgement. Instead, when working with me you get empowering support that is rooted in respect and responsiveness. I’m here to be your personal cheerleader, guiding you through the challenges and celebrating the wins!
There’s many ways to work with me, from quick, one off consultations to in-depth sleep support. I offer a free, no obligation chat to work out which support is best for you! I can come to you at home or arrange consults over the phone or zoom.

I reached out to Katie after struggling for too long getting my near 2 year old to sleep at bed time. We were experiencing resistance and two hour long tantrums that resulted in her falling asleep from exhaustion.
Katie came to our house and spent time listening and discussing our situation while being able to observe our daughter in her safe place. She was great to talk to, helpful and supportive without being overbearing.
Her plan was thorough and reflected all of the issues we were experiencing. It was great to have a structure and routine that cut through all the overwhelming information available online.
We experienced great results, our daughter no longer asking for a bedtime bottle, and going to bed more relaxed and happy which has really changed our evening. While she can sometimes still take a while to wind down, we understand more about her needs and ours, making for an overall less stressful experience for all.
Katie was available 24/7 for questions and to talk, which I found really supportive when I was upset or struggling with something or just wanted to give her some feedback.
Katie is wonderful at what she does, she’s confident and caring, empathetic and a wonderful listener. It was like having one of your closest friends on your team that truly wanted to see the whole family move forward.
