Jessica is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who provides holistic and person centered Women's Health and Fertility Support. She is able to provide care similar to that of a GP (assessment, investigations, procedures, and prescribing medications), as well as incorporating natural health models of care (such as lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and supplements).

We understand how frustrating and overwhelming it is when you feel you are not being heard, having to tell your story multiple times to different health professionals, and being offered care that doesn't align with you. Jessica works with you to navigate and provide western and natural medicine approaches to your care that aligns with your values and health goals, all based on the latest evidence.

At Balance Women's Health we provide a safe and welcoming space to really explore your concerns and get to the root cause of your symptoms and health concerns. Jessica works with you as a whole person, not just your symptoms to be managed, and gets you back to achieving a better balance in life.
